My Story
I always knew I was meant to make a difference in education. I worked hard, became a teacher, earned advanced degrees, and rose through the ranks to become a principal. I thought that with dedication and credentials, meaningful change would come easily. But leading in real schools, under pressure, with limited support, was a different story.
I faced burnout, broken systems, and a constant feeling that I had to do it all alone. However, I refused to let the weight of the work define me. I developed strategic habits, built responsive systems, and shifted my mindset, and everything changed.
Now, I help other educators do the same. Through executive coaching, consulting, and curriculum design, IÂ support school leaders to lead with purpose, build strong teams, and create lasting impact, without losing themselves in the process.
